By booking a service with Heather Gordy, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
No Licensed Professional Services
Heather Gordy is not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, psychotherapist, lawyer, financial advisor, or other state-licensed healthcare or professional provider. No part of any session, event, correspondence, or course shall be construed as medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice, nor as a treatment or diagnosis for any physical, emotional, or mental health condition.
Not a Substitute for Professional Care
Spiritual healing, energy work, courses, and all services offered by Heather Gordy are intended for educational, spiritual, and personal growth purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical care, mental health therapy, legal services, or financial guidance.
Personal Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your own well-being, choices, and actions before, during, and after participating in any service with Heather Gordy. By booking, you agree to take full responsibility for your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health.
Liability Waiver
By participating in sessions, events, courses, or memberships, you voluntarily release, indemnify, and hold harmless Heather Gordy from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential harm that may arise from your participation.
Age Restriction
Services are intended for individuals 18 years or older. Clients under 18 may only participate with the express written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Intellectual Property & Copyright
All course materials, written content, recorded sessions, handouts, and other resources created and provided by Heather Gordy are the intellectual property of Heather Gordy and are protected under copyright law. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Right to Refuse Service
Heather Gordy reserves the right to refuse service at her discretion.
By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
Booking Policy

All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Payments are non-refundable. This applies to One-on-One Sessions, Session Packages, Events, Private Groups, Courses and Trainings, and Membership Subscriptions.
To reschedule a One-on-One Session, you must contact me by email or booking contact at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. You may reschedule an appointment one time only. Appointments booked within less than 48 hours may not be eligible for rescheduling. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
Please arrive on time for your session. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened and will still end at the scheduled time. No refunds are given for shortened sessions.
Session Packages must be used within 3–4 months of purchase, dependent on the package. Appointments in a package must be scheduled at least 2 weeks apart. Unused sessions after the expiration period are forfeited and non-refundable.
By booking, you understand and agree to the Terms of Services below for all One-on-One Sessions, Session Packages, Events, Courses and Trainings, and Membership Subscriptions.
