How many calls are there in the mastermind?
There are typically between 7-8 calls for one cohort, depending on when it starts that calendar year
Each call is 2 hours long, and will be recorded with access to watch the replay
Are all the meetings virtual or in person?
The meetings are held virtually via Zoom
This is a possibility of one of the final mastermind meetings being held in person so all the members can meet, if they decide to
That will be determined with each cohort
Who will be in the mastermind?
Dance business owners with 3 or more years experience and desire to be in community, not connection with like-minded peers.
Members of each cohort will be curated to make sure the group is a good fit for each other
Because the mastermind is virtual, the members can be from all over the world
When are the mastermind meetings held?
The cohort for 2026 is meeting on the following dates at 11am est/10am cst/8am pst

What happens if I am unable to attend every meeting?
We understand that you have a life and that things come up you can not predict
As long as you can make it to the majority of the calls, with only missing ideally one, it should not be a problem
There are replays available of each call but this is designed that the members show up live and give real-time support. That is what is unique about a mastermind
How is a mastermind different than a coaching program?
Traditionally, a mastermind is where people of same-level experience come together to share their expertise to support each other.
This is different than a coaching program where there is one clear leader who is referred to for their expertise while the rest do not support one another directly with solutions
The Dance CEO Mastermind is designed to be run by a facilitator to keep everything organized, but to allow the experts support each other as a cohort instead of just one taking charge.
