Cancellation Policy

At Laced Esthetics LLC, doing business as Journey Skincare and Journey Skincare & Coaching, my goal is to provide every client with the highest level of care, attention, and consistency. Out of respect for my time and the needs of other clients, the following policies apply to all appointments—virtual and in-person.

1. Cancellation & Rescheduling Window

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

You may cancel or reschedule through:

2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Late Cancellation:

Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service.

No-Show:

Failure to show up for an appointment without notice will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service.

These fees must be paid before booking any future appointments.

3. Late Arrivals

I understand life happens, but please arrive on time.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule.

This will be considered a no-show and will incur a 50% fee, as the remaining time may not be enough to complete your service safely or effectively.

4. Card on File Required

A valid payment method is required to secure your booking.
All cancellation and no-show fees are charged through Stripe, our secure payment processor.

5. Emergencies & Exceptions

I understand that true emergencies do happen.
If you experience:

illness

unsafe weather conditions

a family emergency

…please contact me as soon as possible.
Exceptions may be made at my discretion.

6. Repeated Cancellations

Clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay for services or may be denied future appointments.

This ensures schedule stability and fairness for all clients.

7. Policy Agreement

By booking an appointment with Journey Skincare / Journey Skincare & Coaching, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
