Refund Policy

At Laced Esthetics LLC, doing business as Journey Skincare and Journey Skincare & Coaching, my priority is to ensure that every client receives high-quality care, effective products, and a positive experience. Because skincare results vary from person to person and professional time cannot be returned, the following policies apply to all purchases and services.


1. No Refunds on Services

All skincare services, coaching sessions, and consultations are non-refundable.

Since services involve professional time, expertise, and product usage, refunds cannot be issued once a service has been performed.

However, if you believe there was an error on my part, please contact me at [email protected] within 48 hours. I am committed to making things right.


2. Products: Exchange-Only Policy

Due to the nature of skincare products, I do not offer refunds.
However, I do offer exchanges in the following situations:

Exchanges Allowed If:

You experience an adverse reaction to a retail product

You received an incorrect product due to my error

There is a defect or damage upon receiving your item

Conditions for Exchange:

You must notify me within 7 days of purchase

The product must be at least 75% full

Photos of reactions or damaged products may be required

Exchanges must be for products of equal or lesser value (or you may pay the difference)

There are no refunds for:

Change of mind

Disliking texture or scent

Failing to follow recommended usage

Normal purging phases from active ingredients


3. Digital Products, Courses & Downloadables

All digital items—including PDFs, guides, ebooks, and online courses—are non-refundable.

Digital items cannot be returned once delivered.


4. Adverse Skin Reactions

If you experience an adverse reaction to a service or retail product:

A description of symptoms, and

The timeline of usage

to [email protected] within 48–72 hours.

We will determine the next best step, which may include:

A product exchange

Adjusted treatment plan

Complimentary follow-up assessment (case-by-case)


5. Coaching & Consulting Services

All coaching sessions, business consulting, and transformative consultations are non-refundable.

These services are based on time, energy, and personalized guidance.

If you need to reschedule, please follow the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.


6. Gift Cards & Packages

No refunds on gift cards or prepaid packages.

Packages may be transferred to another person with written approval.

Expired gift cards or unused sessions cannot be refunded.


7. Policy Agreement

By purchasing services, products, or digital items from Laced Esthetics LLC / Journey Skincare / Journey Skincare & Coaching, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Exchange Policy.
