Logistics & Details
What are the typical setup times for vendors?
Vendor load-in usually begins 1 hour prior to the market opening. You'll receive a detailed timeline and an unloading map the week of the event to ensure a smooth arrival.
Are there any hidden fees or commission cuts?
Never. You pay a flat booth fee when accepted into the market. 100% of the sales you make during the event stay completely with you.
What is the parking situation like?
We secure dedicated vendor drop-off zones close to the venue for easy load-out at the end of the day. Attendees will have access to clearly marked public lots and nearby street parking when available.
Do I need to bring my own tables, tents, and displays?
Yes, vendors are responsible for their own 6ft tables, weighted down tents, chairs, and branded displays.
How does the vendor selection process work?
We thoughtfully curate our markets to ensure a diverse, balanced mix of high-quality goods, with locations in mind. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, prioritizing community fit and unique offerings.
