
Abundance
1 cup warm whole milk (or coconut milk)
1 tsp ghee
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of cardamom
Pinch of black pepper
1 tsp raw honey (add after heating)
Optional: 1/4 tsp ashwagandha powder
Warm milk gently (don't boil)
Whisk in ghee and spices
Remove from heat, add honey and ashwagandha
Drink 30-60 minutes before bed
