• You will disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications, or psychological concerns in advance

• These services are complementary wellness practices, not medical or mental health treatment

• You understand the nature of these practices and consent to participate voluntarily

If hypnosis is determined to be inappropriate for your specific situation, we reserve the right to offer an alternative non-hypnosis session of equal duration and value within your program.

Important: If you are currently receiving medical or psychological treatment, please consult your healthcare provider before participating in any of our programs.

4. No Guarantees and Results Disclaimer

Mind Shift Studio LLC DBA Evelyn V. Campbell makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, earnings, or transformations from our programs or services.
