Commitment & Engagement Policy

All engagements are entered with intention and mutual agreement.

Due to the depth, preparation, and energetic commitment required for this work, all payments are non-refundable once an engagement has been confirmed.

For multi-month containers or extended advisory agreements, payment schedules reflect a reserved commitment of time, focus, and availability. Missed sessions or unused time are not refunded.

Rescheduling requests for individual sessions must be made with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less notice may be forfeited.

In the rare event that an engagement is unable to proceed due to unforeseen circumstances on my end, appropriate accommodations or prorated adjustments will be made at my discretion.
