A small, supportive group for girls to grow confidence, connection, and self-worth — through gentle conversation, creative activities, and guided reflection.

Groups stay together for the full term, building trust, belonging, and community.

Term 1 Theme: Growing Body — Body Image & Puberty Foundations

This term helps girls build a positive and grounded relationship with their growing bodies.

We explore what body image is and learn how to speak to ourselves with kindness, respect, and curiosity.

We also introduce puberty and periods in a calm, shame-free, and empowering way — helping girls understand what changes are normal and how to feel confident as they grow.

Girls learn to:

Value who they are over how they look
Understand body changes in a safe and supportive space
Set personal boundaries and respect others’ boundaries
Care for their bodies through rest, hydration, movement & kindness
Carry themselves with confident posture, voice & presence

Term 2 Theme: Feeling Heart — Emotional Awareness & Regulation

This term helps girls understand big feelings — what they are, why they show up, and how to move through them in healthy ways.

We explore how emotions live in the body, how to tell the difference between reacting and responding, and how feelings are actually messages guiding us toward what we need.

Through role-play, storytelling, creative expression, and gentle group conversation, girls learn that emotions are not something to “fix” or hide — they are something to listen to, understand, and honour.

We practice tools for calming the nervous system, asking for support, and expressing ourselves with clarity and kindness (even when it’s hard).

Girls learn to:

Recognise what they’re feeling and give their emotions names
Use simple, practical calming tools when stressed, overwhelmed, or upset
Share their feelings respectfully without bottling things up or exploding
Listen to others with empathy and respond with care
Trust their emotional intuition and know that their feelings are valid
Understand that feeling deeply is a strength, not a weakness

By the end of this term, girls feel more emotionally grounded, connected, and confident in both expressing themselves and supporting others — a foundation they will use for life.

Term 3 Theme: Social Sparkle — Friendship Skills & Belonging

This term focuses on friendships — the joyful parts, the confusing parts, and the challenging parts that every girl will experience as she grows.

We explore what makes a friendship feel safe, supportive, and fun — and what makes one feel stressful, unbalanced, or unkind.

Girls learn that friendships change and evolve — and that this is a normal part of growing up.

We talk openly (and very gently) about things like:

When you feel left out
When a friend acts differently around others
When groups shift
When you need space
When you need to speak up
When it’s okay to let go

We practice how to use your voice with kindness and strength — what we call Queen Language — learning to express your needs without hurting others or shrinking yourself.

Most of all, we help girls understand that:

You never have to.make yourself smaller to belong.

The right friendships make you feel more like you.

Girls learn to:

Recognise healthy vs. unhealthy friendship patterns
Use Queen Language to communicate clearly and kindly
Set and hold boundaries without guilt or fear
Navigate friendship changes, group shifts, and social pressure
Repair small conflicts with courage and care
Understand that belonging doesn’t mean being the same — it means being accepted as yourself

By the end of this term, girls feel more confident socially, more grounded in who they are, and more able to choose friendships that feel safe, fun, and real.

Term 4 Theme: Thinking Brain — Thoughts, Mindset & Inner Voice

This term teaches girls how to understand and lead their inner world of thoughts, especially during a stage of life where overthinking, comparison, and self-doubt can start to show up.

We explore how the brain is still developing, which means confidence and decision-making are skills that strengthen over time — not things they are expected to already know.

Girls learn to notice the difference between:

Tricky Thoughts (self-doubt, worry, insecurity)
and
Queen Thoughts (steady, kind, clear inner leadership)

We introduce the idea of the Inner Compass — that quiet, wise feeling inside that helps them know what feels right for them.

Self-worth becomes the foundation:

You are valuable, exactly as you are — and your decisions matter.

We practice slowing down, checking in, and making choices from self-trust, rather than pressure or fear.

Girls learn to:

Notice when thoughts are spiralling or getting loud
Pause, breathe, and choose a calmer response
Recognise and challenge self-critical thoughts
Speak to themselves with self-worth and inner kindness
Tune into their Inner Compass — that grounded “I know what I need” feeling
Make decisions based on values, not approval
Understand that mistakes are part of learning, not proof of failure
Lead themselves, even when things feel uncertain

By the end of this term, girls feel more self-directed, emotionally stable, and confident in listening to themselves — a foundation of resilience they will carry into the teenage years.
