Gentle, personalised mentoring for growing girls.

Some girls need a little extra space : a place where they can talk through what’s really going on, feel heard, and learn tools to navigate friendships, emotions, confidence, or body changes in a way that feels safe and supportive.

These sessions are private, tailored, and at her pace.

We work with the same core themes from the group program : body image, emotional regulation, friendships, mindset, and self-worth, but the journey is shaped around her unique needs, personality, and context.

We meet her exactly where she is.

Session Rhythm

To keep momentum and emotional continuity, sessions are usually held:

Weekly, or
Every second week (if that pace feels better for her)

We’ll decide this together with the parent & girl at the start.

In These Sessions, She Will:

Have a safe space to talk, reflect, and process feelings
Learn emotional regulation tools tailored to how her body responds
Build confidence in her voice, boundaries, and choices
Explore friendship dynamics with guidance, clarity, and real strategies
Strengthen her inner compass — learning to trust herself
This Support Is For Girls Who:
Feel overwhelmed or anxious easily
Are navigating friendship changes or conflict
Struggle with confidence or self-worth
Need help expressing feelings or communicating needs
Would thrive with a consistent, caring adult mentor

This work is gentle, relational, and empowering helping your daughter grow her inner stability, confidence, and sense of self, one conversation at a time.

Sessions will take between 45 minutes to an hour.
