I'm so delighted you're here!
You know that feeling when you look around at your life and think,
"There has to be more than this"?
I've been there. Multiple times, actually.
And each time, I've discovered that those moments of questioning
aren't breakdowns – they're breakthroughs waiting to happen.

Like so many of us, I started my career believing that climbing the corporate ladder was the path to fulfillment.
By 40, I'd climbed pretty high – and felt completely empty. The success looked good on paper, but my soul was starving.
That's when I stumbled across a coaching training and thought, "THAT'S it!" I dove headfirst into learning about mindset, personal branding, and personal effectiveness. Of course, I battled imposter syndrome and those nagging "Am I enough?" fears we all know so well.
At 48, I took the leap and started my own business. After some trial and error (okay, a LOT of trial and error), I became a successful International Executive Coach.

The wake-up call came when I realized I was on the brink of burnout.
So I did something radical: I put myself first. I set boundaries, shifted my awareness, and learned to let go of control. And guess what? My business became even more successful.

Then my personal life imploded. I was in a toxic relationship that was slowly eroding who I was. The day I found the courage to leave, I made the most important decision of my life:
I chose me.
Walking away meant leaving with 43€ in my pocket and almost 100,000€ in debt. I had to move in with my sister for a year. But here's what I learned during that time: sometimes life has to fall apart so you can rebuild it exactly as it should be.
That year wasn't just about surviving - it was about deciding who I wanted to become.

This wasn't just a geographical move - it was me literally rising from the ashes of my old life.
Instead of playing it safe with executive coaching (which would have been the logical choice), I decided to pursue my true calling: empowering women entrepreneurs. I was betting everything on a dream when I had nothing left to lose.
Was it terrifying? Beyond words. I had panic attacks, sleepless nights, and moments when I didn't know how I'd make it through the next day. But I kept moving through the fear, holding onto my faith that the Universe had my back, and working toward my vision.
This was my phoenix moment - and it taught me that our greatest reinventions often happen when we have the least to lose and the most to gain.

At 66, after eight transformative years in London, I could feel that I was at the end of my London story and made another bold choice. I moved to Croatia – not to escape, but to reconnect. To hear myself again.
This wasn't about retirement or winding down. It was about showing up more fully, more freely, more authentically me.
Sometimes we have to remove the noise to remember what truly matters. The endless to-do lists, the pressure to keep proving ourselves, the roles we've outgrown – they can drown out our inner voice.
But when we pause, when we choose stillness over hustle, we create space for clarity. We begin to ask better questions. We start listening to the parts of ourselves we've silenced for years.
This isn't about giving up. It's about coming home to yourself.

My work is my passion. I could retire, but I am far too passionate for that!
I help heart-centered professional women in their 50s, 60s, and 70s infuse their next chapter with purpose, freedom, and impact. What I love most is that together, we're challenging societal expectations of what life should look like for women over 50.
I believe in a woman who knows the old patriarchal playbook doesn't serve her anymore. She is who I call New Paradigm Woman®
.
I have even created a Manifesto for her and you can read it here

Know this: You don't need permission to choose a new direction.
You only need to listen to that quiet inner knowing that whispers,
"There's more for me." And there is. So much more.
Whether you're 50, 60, 70, or beyond – your next chapter can be your most vibrant yet.I'm living proof of that, and I'd be honored to guide you on your own reinvention journey.
Because here's what I know for certain:this isn't the beginning of the end...
it's the empowered second spring of your life.
