Return and Refunds Policy

Digital Products

All digital products (including but not limited to PDFs, downloads, templates, courses, and digital programs) are non-refundable and non-returnable. Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final.

Coaching Sessions & Programs

All coaching sessions, one on one coaching, group mentorship, private events, webinaris and other coaching programs are non-refundable.

Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 2 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session time. Requests to reschedule made with less than 2 hours’ notice may be forfeited at our discretion. Missed sessions without notice are considered completed and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Physical Products

We take great care in packaging our physical products. Physical products may be returned only if they arrive damaged or defective. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photo documentation of the damage. If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.

Standard Returns (Non-Damaged Items)

If a return is approved for reasons other than damage, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
