Welcome to Flaggfit! By booking a class, submitting a form, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are here to ensure a smooth, safe, and joyful experience for everyone we serve—corporate teams, churches, schools, and families.

1. Booking & Scheduling

Class/event bookings must be confirmed via our official form or email. Submission of a form does not guarantee availability. A team member will follow up to confirm. We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance. Once confirmed, your event time is secured.

2. Payment, Cancellation & Rescheduling

Payment terms will be shared in your event agreement or invoice. Free intro classes must be scheduled within 30 days of confirmation. Paid event cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid fees. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposits or a partial charge. If Flaggfit must cancel or reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate a new date.

3. Group/Event Liability Waiver

By participating in any Flaggfit class or event, the host organization acknowledges and agrees that:

Physical activity involves inherent risks, and participants should consult a medical provider if they have any health concerns. The organization is responsible for notifying attendees of the nature of the activity. Flaggfit, its instructors, and affiliates are not liable for injuries or accidents occurring during the class or event. The organization will ensure a safe space is provided and will inform participants that participation is voluntary and at their own risk.

A participant waiver form will be provided for large-scale events or higher-intensity classes as needed.

4. Recurring Services or Memberships

If you choose to engage in ongoing services with Flaggfit—such as recurring monthly classes or school/corporate wellness programming:

You will receive a service agreement outlining the recurring schedule, terms, and payment. Recurring services can be canceled with 15 days' notice unless otherwise specified in the agreement. Any unused classes from a package must be scheduled within the agreed timeframe or may be forfeited.

5. Use of Media & Class Content

We may capture short video clips or photos for promotional use. Let us know if you’d prefer we don’t at your event. You may not record, reproduce, or share class routines or materials without written permission.

6. Respectful Space Policy

We aim to cultivate an uplifting, positive, and safe environment. Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior from any participant or host may result in the class ending early at our discretion.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page and apply from the date posted.
